Went to get some free panties..and a tornado?!?!

JUST got home from Wolfchase Mall. Went to get free VS panties and saw Situations (Ed Hardy, William Rast etc) was closing and had everything on sale, so got Tony to stop in on his way from Jackson and check out the stuff. He was trying on some jeans and the power was flickering and then a lady ran in the store and said we all had to evacuate to the pack hallway..so we ran out and got stuck with everyone in the mall in some back hallway. They were actually pretty organized and got everyone in there quickly. The problem was we had no idea what was going on outside. I think we were there for 30 minutes and then they said we could go, but the rain was so heavy we hung around a little. Well less than 1/4 a mile on our way back we saw the destruction at Kohls, BP, Crescent City, Shogun, cars smashed looking like they were in major accident. There will be pictures up soon, but so wild that it was right there next to where we were..I just wanted to get home to my boys..they are ok, so is our house..

Sunday Snowday

This is the 3rd snow we have had this year, but by far the largest. It started yesterday afternoon and kept through the night. I knew the boys would be up early to get out there and play in it. Us too, we got out there and threw some snowballs of course. Its so bright, sunny and pretty outside. The boys are acutally out there now snooping around checking it all out before it melts. Suppossed to be warm again my Wednesday. I dont understand this back and forth warm/cold thing that is going on, but oh well, its kinda fun. Nice weather to be lazy and catch up on some Tivo.
