OMG! One of my favorite sushi spots with the BEST happy hour got shut down today!! There was some money laundering and major drug dealing going on out of there! They said on the report they busted several houses around here for marijuana distribution tied to Wasabi. Wasabi is about 2 miles from our house and many of times have hung out there for birthdays and many, many happy hours! We were even going to go there 2nite, but decided on SPR! Here we there this summer..

Oh my gosh! I liked that place! We went there once (we live no where nearby) but we really liked the sushi and kept saying we needed to go back. Bummer!
Drugs are such a bummer...they ruin so much good! Unfortunately THIS HAPPENED BUT this closing may DETOUR MORE in the future, it was for a good reason, as if Cordova fights crime now, it will be a better place in the future-hopefully any other business delving in illegal activity will stop... - LOREN
